Can’t Log In? Try These Steps First
Most login issues can be resolved quickly. Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.
Incorrect Username or Password
Double-check that your username, password, and client ID are entered correctly. All three fields are case-sensitive. Your username is typically the part of your work email before the @ symbol. Your client ID can be found in your original activation email.
Activation Link Expired
Activation links have a limited lifespan. If yours has expired, your firm’s administrator can resend an activation email from the Users section of the Administration panel.
SSO Login Not Working
If SSO is enabled at your firm and you’re having trouble, first make sure you’re using the correct SSO link (not the standard login URL). Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt login again. If the problem persists, contact your IT team — SSO credentials are managed by your organization, not Red Oak.
Red Oak Emails Going to Spam
Red Oak sends notifications from admaster-no-reply@redoakcompliance.com. Add a rule in your email client to ensure these messages land in your inbox, not your junk folder. Ask your IT team to whitelist the Red Oak sending domain if needed.
